DASEP services available in Baxter, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Madison, Marion, Newton, and Washington. Services include mandatory pre-sentence screenings presented to the judge with appropriate recommendations for each adjudicated offender found guilty for the charges of Driving While Intoxicated (alcohol or drugs), Driving Under the Influence (DUI-Underage), Minor In Possession (Underage), False ID (Underage), as well as Boating While Intoxicated offenses.
