Provides home improvement services include insulating, caulking, air sealing, window repair or replacement, installation of CO-smoke detectors, door replacement, installation of energy efficient light bulbs, new siding, new roof, paint and ADA wheelchair ramps. Also provides limited transitional housing assistance when available. Provides low-income housing to older adults or individuals who are mobility impaired, with affordable apartment living.
