Program educates and increases awareness in the community to help provide planned behavioral health response options. Our goal is to further the mission of trauma-informed care through training. The Training Institute provides customizable training and professional development for the community - including schools, behavioral health agencies and the general public. Program also works with community partners to create trauma-sensitive schools and provide education on topics which include, but are not limited to: Trauma-Informed Care Trauma-Sensitive Schools Mental Health First Aid Crisis Intervention and Prevention Effective and Therapeutic use of Physical Restraint in Crisis Compassion Fatigue Qualified Behavioral Health Provider Training CPR/First Aid
