Program provides assistance via telephone and tele-video virtual visits that can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No referral is necessary; anyone needing help will find it only a phone call away.Services can be provided for conditions such as: Substance use disorder Anxiety Depression Bi-polar disorder Schizophrenia Non-emergent crises brought on by COVID-19 pandemicIn addition, program provides referrals to community resources.Note: In response to the tornado that struck Little Rock on March 31, 2023, this program is also providing Mental Health Support and Resource Coordination, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Agency provides a comprehensive behavioral health treatment program created to provide care to all Arkansans dealing with a variety of mental-health issues, from substance use disorders to mental illnesses ranging from anxiety and depression to bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
