The traditional scouting experience for boys and girls 5th grade through high school; boy scouts and girl scouts can work their way up to eagle scout by earning badges in various skills. Service, community engagement, and leadership development are the main focus of this program.

Administers the program of the Boy Scouts of America in 11 south Arkansas counties, providing youths with exposure to vocations and careers through merit badge work and Exploring, as well as first-hand experience in learning about our society and how to better it.
