Must live within a 15 mile radius of Siloam Springs. If there are special circumstances, please call and discuss during office hours. Our boundaries go to Kansas, OK, Colcord, OK, Decatur, AR, Tontitown, AR and the Washington County line to the South. We do offer one time assistance in extreme cases for families out of our service area.
