Eligibility
Families or individuals in Washington County with low income. Ages 0-12 years of age. Needed Documentation, a photo ID for the parent or guardian and some type of ID for each child, Social security card, heath insurance card, passport, birth certificate. Any type of State or Federal ID. Must apply in person.
