Mon 8:30am - 2:00pm Tue 8:30am - 3:30pm Wed 8:30am - 3:30pm Thu 8:30am - 3:30pm Friday by appointment only.Closed for lunch 11:30am - 12:15pm. Closed when Samaritan Community Center is closed.

Callers are screened by phone for eligibility. Dental appointments are scheduled by appointment if eligible and appointments are available. Note: There are times in which appointments may not be available. No walk-ins accepted.
No fee for service.

Provides dental care including the extraction of diseased teeth, the treatment of oral infection and restorative services (fillings) for uninsured adults with low income.Not accepting new patients in restorative program currently. Extraction clinics are open for new patients. Please call for eligibility for tooth extractions.

Agency provides a food pantry, lunch cafe, SnackPacks for kids, free adult dental care for those that qualify, and Care Advocates for resources and referrals.SCC administration office centers are closed to the public due to the pandemic.
