This program is a community based program designed to serve the individual in their own home to fit their needs. It allows for providing support to the individual in the least restrictive setting. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) work 1:1 with the individual to assist them to achieve the goals they choose to help them become as independent as possible. Rainbow of Challenges is a provider for DDS/ACS Waiver.
