Program is a non-profit transitional living residence for homeless women, 18 or older, who have been treated for a mental, physical, or emotional disability. They provide a supervised environment while residents prepare for independent living.

The Center of Hope provides emergency assistance, emergency shelter, transitional housing, and spiritual support to its clients. Program operates a 20-bed shelter that houses women and families.
