Medicare requires: individual must test blood sugar 4 or more times a day; Individual must either inject insulin 3 or more times a day or wear an insulin pump Thickeners - All ages - Covered by Arkansas Medicaid and some private insurance.Products are shipped or occasionally delivered by patient care coordinator in emergency situations.
