Private Pay Childcare | The Learning Center of North Arkansas

Private Pay Childcare

Program provides childcare services for individuals who may not qualify for the agency's other programs.Children three to five years of age may receive private pay services at any of agency's locations. Children birth to two years of age may receive private childcare services at the Berryville or Green Forest locations.Rates are as follows:Full Day Services: $18.00 per day (Birth to Two) $15.00 per day (Three to Five)Monthly charges are based on agency's annual calendar and is due at the first of each month. Full payment for the month is required and is non-refundable based on attendance.

The childcare slots, for children 6 weeks to 5 years of age, will be available thru April 17.This includes families that work in the Commercial Facilities, Communications, Critical Manufacturing, Emergency Services, Energy, Financial Services, Food and Agriculture, Government Facilities, Healthcare and Public Health, Transportation Systems, Water and Wastewater Systems. Financial aid available based on Agency's Sliding Scale Tuition.

Childrens Program

The Child Development Centers serve children from six weeks to five years of age who have been diagnosed with a developmental delay or disability. These include prematurity, cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome or seizure disorders, among others. They provide habilitation, speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy in a preschool setting with a state-approved curriculum. The mix of children with and without disabilities in a preschool setting prepares all of the children for a life in a community filled with diversity. The Early Childhood Program is a day treatment center with a program that includes children who have no disabilities learning and playing along with children who have been diagnosed with developmental delays.

Program provides on-site daycare that is specific to a family violence safe shelter. Children in our care receive one-on-one therapeutic care, education, advocacy and emotional support.We utilize the Adventures in Learning for 3-5 year olds and Adventures for Toddlers for 18-36 month olds.Because of the special needs of those we serve, we focus a great deal on social/emotional development and utilize the Second Step for Early Learners and the UAMS REACH social/emotional curriculums to provide the children a greater opportunity toward a foundation for good behaviors and future school success.
