Program provides access to comprehensive dental care if client meets ONE of the following criteria: Over 65 years of age Permanently disabled Need medically necessary dental careNo emergency or cosmetic procedures. There may be waitlist for service. Please call for information.If community members have documentation from a physician stating that they cannot receive essential medical treatment due to their dental condition they can apply for the program even if their county is closed.If community members are veterans who meet the qualifications above, they may apply to the program by clicking the link below.
