Dedicated to providing decent, safe, and affordable housing for very low income elderly. Complexes are equipped to meet the needs of all seniors, whether it's a physical need such as a Wheelchair Accessible Apartment, Visual and Hearing Impaired Apartment or just a place to call home.

Program provides youth ages 5-19 an opportunity to participate in the youth development educational program of the University of Arkansas, Division of Agriculture, Cooperative Extension Service. Individuals who are responsible for controlling and extinguishing fires and responding to emergency situations where life, property and-or the environment are at risk. They also rescue victims and provide emergency medical attention as needed. Duties may include fire prevention, emergency medical service, hazardous material response, search and rescue, and disaster management.

Helps cancer patients obtain oral prescription medications through pharmaceutical company-sponsored programs. Save-a-Life helps individuals pay for needed cancer screenings.

Support groups for caregivers are available for those who care for elderly family members, or who care for family members who are disabled or dealing with dementia. Most of our agencies can offer care for your elderly or disabled loved one while you attend the support group. No pre-registration is required except for those who need help with care for their loved one during the class.

This program provides an Information and Assistance Case Manager. They will discuss your situation with you over the phone and make you an appointment with a Case Manager, who will then be permanently assigned to assess your needs and determine the programs and services that will be the best fit for your particular situation.

Community Living Arrangement (CLA) is available for individuals who qualify for an intermediate level of care, where they can live in a smaller home-like setting. UCP provides training in areas such as self-care, daily living skills, money management, and community safety/survival skills. Individuals also benefit from recreational and leisure activities with the facility staff.

Time-limited support is provided with a variety of supportive services while moving individuals back into the labor market.
