This is a faith based program that offers a food pantry to area residents in need.

Program provides information and assistance to clients who contact. Program will connect an Information and Assistance Specialist. The specialist will discuss the situation with the client right then over the phone and if needed will make an appointment for clients with a personal Care Coordinator. The specialist will schedule a time to assess the clients needs and determine the programs and services that would best fit.The personal Care Coordinator will work with the client throughout the process and may refer to the client to other resources and services as needed.

Program is a clinic that provides the following services: Surgical and therapeutic services for patients with diseases and disorders of the brain, nervous system and spine Fellowship-trained complex spine surgeons Brain surgeries for conditions including brain tumor, cerebral aneurysm, chiari malformation, head injury, hydrocephalus, intracranial hemorrhage, pituitary tumor, subdural hematoma and trigeminal neuralgia Spine surgeries for conditions including back pain, degenerative disc disease, herniated disc disease (cervical, thoracic and lumbar), myelopathy, neck pain, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, spinal tumor, spine deformity, spine instability and spine trauma

Program works to strengthen Arkansas communities, regions, and businesses through research-based education. Priorities include teaching youth and adult entrepreneurs how to take advantage of untapped market opportunities; helping communities and regions build local capacity to create vibrant and resilient communities; identify and train active and effective youth and adult leaders; and provide timely, credible, unbiased and research-based information and education about public issues and increase citizen engagement.

Program provides assistance with reopening clients coverage. If community members lost coverage because they failed to provide requested information, they still can provide that information and have their coverage re-opened. They have 30 days to do so after their closing date if they qualified for Medicaid under Long-Term Services and Supports eligibility rules. They have 90 days after their closing date if they qualified for Medicaid under Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) eligibility rules.If one loses their card, they should call 1 (800) 482-8988 as soon as they notice their card is missing.NOTE:DHS is beginning the renewal process for ALL Medicaid beneficiaries NOW! If community members receive any request from DHS in the mail, THEY MUST RESPOND WITHIN 30 DAYS. Responding within 30 days allows community members to stay on their current Medicaid program or receive an automatic referral to the new program they may be eligible for. Not responding may cause a person to lose Medicaid Benefits.If one cannot upload their files using the website, they can submit items one of these ways. Program serves as a transition house for men in the City of Conway. At the Hope Home, men can stay for 12-18 months to receive sustainable living, secure employment opportunities, and transition towards independent living.

Provides a soup kitchen for people without homes and others who would like to share the meal.

Individuals who are responsible for controlling and extinguishing fires and responding to emergency situations where life, property and-or the environment are at risk. They are frequently the first emergency personnel at the scene of a traffic accident or medical emergency and may be called upon to put out a fire, treat injuries or perform other vital functions. They also rescue victims and provide emergency medical attention as needed, ventilate smoke-filled areas and attempt to salvage the contents of buildings. Duties may include fire prevention, emergency medical service, hazardous material response, search and rescue, and disaster management. They are also a safe haven for abandoned newborn babies.

Program provides free notary service for library users, and most branches and the Main Library have at least one notary on staff. While the program strives to provide notary services at all times, we do not guarantee notary availability. Please call the branch you wish to visit to confirm a notary will be available.

The Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance and the Society of St. Andrew partnered to form a gleaning network within the state of Arkansas. The Alliance and volunteers glean fields and orchards donated by growers. The produce is then given to our Feeding America member food banks, local pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters that feed or distribute food to their neighbors in need.

One box of food monthly for those under 55 years of age that can be delivered

Provides assistance (minimal to full-time live-in support) to help individuals live more independently in their homes and communities. They also provide assistance through the Home of Your Own Coalition (HOYO) that helps individuals who have disabilities to become homeowners.
