We provide adult, infant and child CPR. First aid, CPR for the professional Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard. We also provide instructor level courses in all theses areas as well: OHSA certified Bloodborne Pathogens and several safety modules. We can teach in our facility or yours. SNAP benefits can be used to purchase eligible food items for home consumption including seeds and plants which produce food for consumption by SNAP households. Farmers markets are available for SNAP benefits as well as eligible retailers. Select a PIN when one receives a new card. NOTE: There is no need to change one's PIN if one requests a replacement card. Change one's PIN if someone knows what one's is or if one has forgotten a PIN. Balance inquiry. Obtain a list of last 10 transactions. Report if a store deducted the wrong amount. Ask a question about using EBT card. In the case of a disaster, the local DHS office will provide food. When help seekers mention the loss of food due to power outages or local disaster, they may request emergency food assistance. For power outage, the form requires proof of time power was lost and when it was restored. Customers have ten (10) days from the time power is restored to submit the request for assistance.

The Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) is an in-home, 24-hour electric support system with two-way verbal and electronic communication with an emergency control center. PERS enables an elderly, infirm or homebound individual to secure immediate help in the event of a physical, emotional or environmental emergency.
