Dedicated to providing decent, safe, and affordable housing for very low income elderly. Complexes are equipped to meet the needs of all seniors, whether it's a physical need such as a Wheelchair Accessible Apartment, Visual and Hearing Impaired Apartment or just a place to call home.

Program is staffed by specialists who provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic and treatment services for elderly individuals who have diseases or conditions that are associated with the aging process. Special assistance may include recognizing altered presentations of illnesses, dealing with multisystem organ involvement, handling special drug interactions, utilizing resources such as nursing homes and community social services, and assisting with ethical issues in the care of people who are elderly.

Program allows self-pay patients lacking pharmacy benefits to obtain certain medications at a discounted price. Only available at select pharmacies.

Provides early intervention to prevent delays from progressing and causing long-lasting effects. Developmental delays during the ages of birth to five almost always result in difficulty with learning in the primary grades of public school.

Accepts food donations, frozen foods are also welcome. Will gladly pick up a donation of a freezer, refrigerator, heat and-or air conditioning unit.

Public Library.Program has over 300,000 books available as well as a wide selection of movies, music, and audiobooks. They also provide access to public computers at every library and a vibrant schedule of programming for children, adults and families. Special programming includes preschool activities, services to teenagers, and access to library databases. All system materials are available for delivery to any of its eight libraries via courier service. They also offer access to thousands of downloadable audiobooks and e-books and an interlibrary loan service where patrons can request materials from libraries across the nation. Program also offers preschool time, a teen book club and a summer reading program for youth.

Program offers two types of living options for Seniors in our area. Our Assisted Living Facility located at 302 Woodmont Circle, Batesville Arkansas Affordable Housing for eligible seniors in 12 different locations.These programs are available through senior centers in the following counties in our service area: Cleburne, Independence, Sharp, White, and Woodruff.

Program is a federally-funded child development and family support program that provides early education, health, mental health, nutrition and social services for low-income pregnant individuals and families with children from birth to age three.

Program emphasizes work as the first step toward building a brighter future. Through training, education and work activities, individuals are guided to become self-sufficient. This federally funded program provides time-limited cash assistance to needy families with (or expecting) children. In addition, TEA furnishes parents with work training and other supportive services they need in order to attain permanent self-sufficiency. The TEA program also provides assistance to children being cared for by non-parental guardians. Financial assistance is based on family size, income, resources and the ages of the children. Time-limited support is provided with a variety of supportive services while moving individuals back into the labor market.

Program (formerly known as Food Stamp Program) provides food assistance to eligible households to cover a portion of a household's food budget. Benefits are distributed through an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card. SNAP benefits can be used to purchase eligible food items for home consumption including seeds and plants which produce food for consumption by SNAP households. Farmers markets are available for SNAP benefits as well as eligible retailers. In addition to food assistance, the program provides SNAP recipients with nutrition education, employment and training, and work experience in some cases.Call (800) 997-9999 toll-free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to: Report a lost, stolen or damaged EBT card. Select a PIN when one receives a new card. NOTE: There is no need to change one's PIN if one requests a replacement card. Change one's PIN if someone knows what one's is or if one has forgotten a PIN. Balance inquiry. Obtain a list of last 10 transactions. Report if a store deducted the wrong amount. Ask a question about using EBT card. In the case of a disaster, the local DHS office will provide food. When help seekers mention the loss of food due to power outages or local disaster, they may request emergency food assistance. For power outage, the form requires proof of time power was lost and when it was restored. Customers have ten (10) days from the time power is restored to submit the request for assistance.

Program provides urgent care clinics for illnesses and injuries that are beyond home remedies but do not warrant an emergency room visit. Clinics have on-site lab testing, X-ray and suturing capability. Some of the injuries and conditions treated include: Bites, Stings and Allergic Reactions Burns Cuts, Scrapes and Minor Lacerations Eye Irritation and Injury Respiratory Conditions Muscular pain and injuries Sprains and Strains Broken Bones Attention: *During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Fayetteville center is an Urgent Care Respiratory Illness Clinic only. ADEM trains volunteers to rapidly inspect structures after a catastrophic event (earthquake, tornado, high wind, fire, etc). These trainings are free and offer 6-8 PDH/HSW continuing education hours.
