Medicaid reimburses health care providers for covered medical services provided to eligible individuals with low income in certain categories. We offer a variety of services related to developmental therapy and early intervention including: A Developmental Therapy/Early Intervention program which is a combination of center and home-based programs. It is designed to provide individual training and specialized therapies to individuals (0-3 years) who are diagnosed as developmentally delayed. Children with delays in physical, occupational, and speech development and qualify for services, receive treatment in-center by licensed therapist as a part of their EIDT programming.

This program offers a senior center that offers Meals on Wheels, group meals, socialization, recreational and educational activities, wellness programs and other services to seniors. Not all services are available at all locations. Please call to verify.

Program provides pediatric COVID-19 testing.

The emergency operations plan (EOP) details what the facility or agency will do, what actions they will take, or how they will respond during a disaster (incident command implementation, command center location and activities, specific plans by department, etc.). This plan is developed as an all-hazards plan.

Provides immediate support and shelter to women and their children who find themselves in a critical situation.At the "safe house," residents are provided with food, clothing, transportation, and shelter and receive lay counseling and domestic violence education that is especially designed to meet the distinctive needs of each individual. A child advocate is also available to assist with the unique needs of children who witness family violence.Transitional housing services are available to residents following their stay at the safe house.
